Petnet es una aplicación que incluye un lector de códigos QR, que permite leer la placa de identificación de una mascota y contactar a los dueños en el caso de estar extraviada.

Se puede registrar la información de propietarios, sus mascotas y vacunas para así tener un historial de acuerdo al Reglamento De Tenencia y Manejo Responsable De Perros dado por acuerdo ministerial 116, publicado en Registro Oficial 532 de 19 de febrero del 2009.
